-Understand the basics of the Restaurant Menu Labeling

-Identify effective educational strategies to help consumers use menu labeling to make healthful meal choices when dining away from home

-Become familiar with the CIA ’s involvement in helping chain restaurants and other volume foodservice operators to  improve the healthfulness of their menu offerings.
