Speaker: Michael Fedison, Adjunct Faculty, Westchester Community College, Valhalla, NY

Objectives: 

  • To understand the effects of chemical residues on food items obtained from organic vs. conventional farming methods.
  • To list different health problems associated with pesticide residue on our food.
  • To learn more about organic farming  techniques.

Followed by introduction to our new elected Board Members. Attendees will be receiving brunch made fresh from the farm produce. 

Farm stands would be open for all the attendees.
