Speaker: Jenna Saidel Lebowich, MS, RDN. Jenna is a registered dietitian and culinary nutritionist and the owner of Cook Learn Live. Jenna teaches cooking and nutrition to children and adults of all ages and abilities across the tri-state area through both her own classes and as a provider to community organizations and social services agencies. She works with individuals and families to address various health and lifestyle issues using customized nutrition counseling that incorporates hands-on cooking. Jenna also consults for food service entities on menu planning and design.

To understand the practice area of culinary nutrition, its importance, and its practical applications in the food and health industries.
To understand the symbiotic relationship of the traditional nutrition care process and culinary nutrition applications.
